Gordon's Surgery
Just letting everyone know how much we appreciate your prayers during Gordon's surgery. He is at home, recuperating. They fused all five discs this time, a very intensive surgery. Naturally, he has been in a lot of pain, but Dr. Seymour thinks this will help. He initially planned to make 2 incisions for the surgery, one at top, and one at bottom of neck. Praise the Lord, they only had to make one, but they moved a lot of stuff around and removed a lot of scar tissue, which has made it VERY DIFFICULT for him to swallow. Please pray for a speedy and COMPLETE recovery this time with no bumps in the road. We appreciate your care and concern.

Annalie, I have been in my own little world and did not know about Gordon's surgery. Praise God that he came through the surgery. I will be praying that he has an easy recovery. I. Also read the last couple of entries and I' m praising the Lord and believing with you. I had read the dark night entry and it had left me with a heavy heart for you. I didnt call you but the Lord led me to pray for some sign for you. My jaw is dropping over how God works. He is mysterious and awesome, more wonderful than words can express. I love you and am do happy for your good report and look forward to that next one.
